  • Right Back Pain

    I woke up with the worse back pain in the world todya.  It starts at my shoulder blade and goes down to my mid back.  It makes it very difficult to cough or move...it kind of affects my ribs.  I am 23 weeks today and was wondering what I could do to make this go away.  Any advise?

  • Balancing Motherhood and Pregnancy

    I was thrilled to find out I was pregnant with my second child but did not think of what pregnancy would do to my life.  I am usually full of energy work, clean, have fun with son and never seemed to stop.  Now that  I am pregnant, I am so tired that I feel as if my son is not getting the attention he deserves from me.  I know I am a good Mom and spend time with him every night but I feel because I am so tired...I am not giving him what he deserves.  Has anyone else felt like this?
